Welcome to RAYInstitute ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at r1gy.com and purchasing or using any of our software products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Software License Grant

Upon successful purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased software, subject to the following conditions:

  • Yearly License — Grants usage rights for one (1) year from the date of purchase, including software updates and technical support during the license period.
  • Lifetime License — Grants perpetual usage rights, including unlimited free updates and priority technical support. This is a one-time payment.
  • Trial / Demo License — Grants temporary usage rights for evaluation purposes, typically for seven (7) days. Not all products offer a trial version.
  • Each license key is bound to one (1) device at a time. You may reset your device binding from your Account → Licenses page.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your license key with others.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of our software.
  • Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Circumvent or attempt to bypass any technical protection or licensing mechanisms.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • WISE Bank Transfer
  • Cryptocurrency (USDT ERC-20)

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

4. Trial & Refund Policy

We encourage you to try before you buy. Most of our software products offer a free trial or a one-week paid trial version with full technical support.

Due to the nature of digital software products, we generally do not offer refunds after a license key has been delivered. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The software has a critical defect that prevents normal use, and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a payment error.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@r1gy.com within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

5. License Renewal

Yearly licenses can be renewed from your Account → Licenses page before or after expiration. Renewal discount codes may be available on the Coupons page. After a license expires, the software will continue to function in a limited capacity, but you will not receive updates or priority support until you renew.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, designs, and content provided by RAYInstitute are protected by intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant ownership of the software — only the right to use it under the terms described herein. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of RAYInstitute.

7. Custom Development

We may accept requests for custom feature development on a paid basis. The scope, timeline, and pricing for custom work will be agreed upon in writing before development begins. Unless otherwise stated, custom-developed features become part of the standard software and may be included in future updates for all users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware or software configurations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RAYInstitute be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the software and delete all copies from your devices.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
